Payment Policy

1. All invoices issued by R. Stahl WCA are payable in the currency specified on the invoice.

3. R. Stahl WCA reserves the right to adjust payment terms based on factors such as order size, customer history, or other relevant circumstances.

4. Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT): Swift, Bank Transfer

3. Late Payments:

1. Any payment received after the due date is considered late.

3. Continued late payments may result in the suspension of further services or shipments until the account is brought up to date.

6. Disputed Charges:

1. In the event of a billing dispute, customers must notify R. Stahl WCA within three (3) days of receiving the invoice.
2. Both parties will work in good faith to resolve the dispute promptly.

7. Refunds:

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed in accordance with our Returns and Refunds Policy.

8. Taxes:

Customers are responsible for all applicable taxes, duties, and customs charges associated with their orders.

9. Collection Costs:

Customers are responsible for any costs associated with the collection of overdue payments, including but not limited to legal fees and collection agency fees.

10. Changes to Payment Policy:

R. Stahl WCA reserves the right to update and modify this payment policy as needed. Any changes will be communicated to customers in advance.
